Features
Passwordless authentication With Skriv, no need for a password. To authenticate, give your email adddress; you will receive a connection link in an email. It's simple and secure.
Unlimied organizations An organization is a group of projects which are based on the same workflow. With Skriv, you can create as many organizations as you want.	¹
Unlimited projects You can create as many projects as you need. No limit.
Unlimited storage You can add as many file attachments as you want to your projects (the only limit is a maximum of 25 MB per file).	²
API With the programming interface, you can create projects and work on them without going through the Skriv web interface, and use webhooks to trigger automated actions.
Per-user restricted project visibility By default, all users with access to an organization can see all the projects it contains. This restriction ensures that a user can not see projects that do not concern her.
Custom logo You can replace the Skriv logo with yours.	²
Restriction of access by IP address This feature allows you to restrict users' access based on their connection IP address. It is possible to disable the restriction for administrators and mobile users.
Custom URL You can use Skriv on a domain name belonging to you (as long as you provide an SSL certificate that can be used on this domain).
Notifications
Email notifications Skriv sends only useful notifications, telling users that it is their turn to work on a project, or when a comment has been posted on a project that concerns them.
Slack notifications If you use Slack, Skriv can send all the notifications of an organization in a channel, to help you follow the life of the projects.
Per-user voidable notifications This option allows each user to choose whether or not to receive email notifications, for each organization.

Dédicated account manager Your dedicated account manager is your one-stop point of contact for all technical and commercial matters. He will make a quarterly update with you to make sure you know the new Skriv features and that you are always happy with the software.

We offer discounts from 100 licenses purchased, only for the Enterprise offer and for transfer payments. Contact us if you are interested.

Q. Can we really create as many organizations, projects and attachments as we want?

Yes, you can create as many as you need (on the Pro offer, each organization is billed separately for each user).
We want you to be able to use Skriv without asking if you have not reached the maximum number of projects, or if you have already saturated the file storage space. The only limitation is the size of the files you can attach to projects, which is limited to 25 MB.

Skriv is no longer testable.

Q. How to do if I need support for the configuration?

Do not hesitate to contact us. We will be able to set up an accompanying service, which can range from simple help with configuration to complete analysis of your workflow.
